Rain of
Colours
On 17 and
18 March, it is celebrated a festival called Holi in India and Nepal, It is a Festival known
as the Festival of Colours. Two days in which these countries celebrate the
arrival of spring and fertility.
Men, women
and children are mixed, and people from all social backgrounds join to participate in the festival.Everyone celebrate
this day under a rain of colours and surrounded by an atmosphere of
togetherness and joy.
Following this tradition,the students of the Professional School of RDT in Anantapur celebrated this festival by throwing colour powder at themselves , tomatoes and even water to cool them down .They thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
